岗位职责:

职责描述：
Understand and maintains demand planning master data in the system
Lead multi-functional detailed assumptions and demand review meetings. Prepare key building blocks for demand forecast development and gather information from multi-functional resources; validate sales / marketing promotion plans
Connect with key suppliers, gather sell in / sell out forecasts and inventory projects from suppliers to improve forecast accuracy
Develop and review and adjust SKU level forecast in the system in weekly, monthly and quarterly and yearly buckets; Maintain phase in phase out forecast including product discontinuation
Collaborate with Finance to reconcile volume forecast with financial forecast. Make sure Risk & Opportunity is balanced as part of the Integrated Business Planning Process
Work with supply planning team, understand supply / stock constraints and incorporate in demand planning process
Leads weekly demand control process and adjust forecast in timely manner in systems to trigger effective supply planning process. Facilitate the gap closing discussion with sales and commercial team
Lead and facilitate promotion forecast process, review and finalize the forecast with commercial team in the category demand review meetings and allocations to store / SKU level. conduct post promotion review of the left-over stocks and exit plan. Monitor the promotion in execution product readiness and stock positions.
Measure and report demand planning KPIs (P1/2/6 bias, accuracy) at monthly frequency. Conduct root cause analysis, develop and executes systems process design improvement process in demand planning work process and system

任职资格:

Experience in ERP systems, preferably in SAP and demand planning system
Strong communication, collaboration, analytical and influencer – this role requires effectively with country leadership, the multi-functional lead team, suppliers and stores
Ability to have strong high-level relationships across functional and levels
Strategic business and operational planning capability’s
Preferably from FMCG / Retail demand planning
