He or she will support IT BI Project Manager to ensure BI project to be in-time delivered with expected quality支持项IT BI 项目经理高质量、按时交付BI项目。Provide IT supports to BI platform daily operations;对BI平台的日常运行提供IT技术支持。Act as 2nd layer of technical supports for BI issue resolution；作为BI问题解决的第二层技术支持Project and CR management to ensure its delivery within aligned timeline, with expected quality.高质量、按时交付项目和需求变更。

WHAT YOU WILL DO

1. Understand business process and translate business requirements into IT specifications

理解业务流程，将业务需求转化为IT需求

2. Understand PVM China BI platform and data flow, proactively monitor the BI platform to ensure its smooth operations.

理解PVM BI平台和数据流，主动监控BI平台以保证平台的平稳运行

3. Solve the technical issue of BI platform or reported by business users

解决BI平台或用户报告的技术问题

4. Make Ad-hoc enhancements to BI reporting to meet business needs

对BI做改进以满足业务需求

5. Coordinate with vendors and IT teams (Group, Regional, Local IT team) on BI performance tuning

协调供应商和IT团队（集团，区域，中国本地IT团队）对BI性能的调优。

6. Deliver projects on time, on budget, with expected quality.

在规定的时间和预算内高质量地交付项目。

Qualifications:

• Strong SAP HANA, BO technical knowledge and skills
• Good skills on communication and collaboration with business partner and service provider.
• Strong database design, BI architect, data analytics capability
• Have understanding on FMCG company business process and needs
• Solid BI project implementation and operation experience;
• Proactive engagement and quick learner of business process and knowledge
• Good knowledge and skills on Tableau software
