Title: Asia Zone IT Security Coordinator
Mission:
- In charge to animate and maintain cyber security regulation compliance, working with the Time Zone Security Manager and all third parties.
- In relation with Michelin Group, deploy the IT security awareness for Asia zone and provide support to Security Region Manager to deploy awareness/training in their region/country.
- Support all departments to realize IT security risks analysis, validate the mitigation measures and ensure compliance with local regulations.
- In relation with all IT service lines and with the SRM network, (Including manufacturing) provides metier support to patch management, accounts management and vulnerabilities management . Contribute to SSI improvement in operations
KEY EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENTS
- Awareness: Carries out awareness actions to promote a responsible behavior of users regarding the risks induced by the use and the deployment of IT and digital solutions.
- Guarantee: The security policy is applied within the regions. The security control plan is adapted to the context and executed. The action plans are steered and the necessary derogation are validated and active.
- Incidents: Security incidents are managed and corrective and preventive action plans are led to fix them.
-Support: Support all departments and service lines in their security operations. Provide advice,and follow-up all security actions plan..
- LRAO: Ensures the initialization of smart cards, the administration of certificates and the support to the users.
- Risks management: The major IT risks are identified, conducts and follow-up IT risks analysis. Support the service lines and departments to perform their own IT risks analysis
- Crisis Management: participates to support the local crisis management process.
