-管理和实施公司额外福利的日常操作

-管理福利供应商绩效评估

-负责福利预算的控制和福利费用分摊

-负责福利流程的持续优化以及相关文档的更新

-协助跟进或解答员工/业务部门的福利相关问题

任职要求：

-本科以上学历

-1~3年福利相关工作经验

-能用英语进行书写和口头交流

-沟通能力强

-做事认真，注意细节

-有SAP/workday等HR系统经验者优先

Job Description：

1, Coordinate and track status of Social Insurance, Housing fund and commercial insurance enrollment，change and termination

2, Manage and deliver China fringe benefits

3, Benefits Vendor performance management

4, Tracking Benefits AC and manage Benefits cost allocation

5, Benefits SOP adherence with regular review and CI / EC content management

6, Support on other benefits queries from employee / business

Job Requirements：

Education:

Tertiary qualification required (Human Resources preferred) 

Skills & Experience:

Experience with Benefits administration (1-3 years) 

HR Information System experience (SAP or Workday preferred)

Experience working closely with different nationalities and cultures

Strong accuracy and attention to detail

Strong communication skill to internal and external stakeholders

English language communicable both in written and verbal

Strong customer service orientation and deadline commitment

Self-directed, able to multi-task and manage fluctuating workload

High operational excellence
