Job Description

KEY EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENTS

1. Understand of the customer’s need and project stake, to define project objectives qualitatively and quantitatively by working with business key stakeholders closely

2. Manage projects to guarantee the corresponding products or services are built or deployed by applying right practices with different teams, and coordinate & steer the project to achieve the defined project objectives

3. Identify and escalate risks with proposal of mitigation actions

4. Conduct project reviews to understand gaps between project status with expected quality requirements and support the project on the improvement actions

5. Monitor the product or service usage, collect user feedback, and coordinate Lessons learnt between teams/areas/entities capitalized and shared, and standards are improved. change management

6. Support the overall project management maturity improvement

Key Qualities Required

1. Bachelor degree at least

2. At least 5 years practical experience in IT project management on application/solution development or deployment

3. Ability to introduce best practices, and tools related with project management, especially on Agile, UX, Value driven development etc is good plus

4. Hands on experience as expert in one of areas of PMP,  Agile, CMMI is preferable

5. Proven skills on problem analysis with resolution

6. Good presentation and communication skill, fluent in English;

7. Solid communication, presentation and training skills.

8. At least 5 years working experience
