Job Objective:

Further enhance the capability of planning and logistics team of factories, especial for the team of factories in South Region, including production planning, material planning, capacity planning, warehouse management, finished goods deployment planning, transportation management and the 3rd party transportation suppliers management; establish, promote and manage the supply chain information system in factories; enhance the capability of planning and logistics team and strongly support daily operation of factories.

Job Requirement:

Educational Background

-Management, economics, business, logistics, university graduate or above.

Experience and Knowledge

-At least 5 years working experience, and 3 years in planning and warehouse position, FMCG experience is preferred;

-Good Written English

Functional Skills

-Rich working experience on site operation, especially in warehouse management and problem handling;

-Familiar with the planning, including plant production planning, material planning and capacity planning;

-Strong in communicating and coordinating;

-Strong in analysis and problem solving;

-Strong in team building and management.

Job Responsibilities:

-Responsible for system setup, promotion and optimization of south region supply chain planning and logistics, including production planning, capacity planning, raw materials planning, warehouses management, transportation management.

-Ensure the fulfillment of targets for planning and logistics in south factories, including all related KPIs on capacity and production planning, cost saving and productivity improving etc.

-Balance the finished goods inventory level based on the demanding planning and warehouse resource; fulfill the delivery schedule per sales order each month.

-Ensure materials supply for the production schedule, coordinate with procurement colleagues to solve the supply issues.

-Manage the turnover rate of material and finished goods inventory in factories, the slow moving inventory and prevent the write-off risk.

-Ensure the dispatch of delivery order placed to factories timely, and products supply by timely picking, shipping and receiving

-Strongly support to optimize and develop the planning and logistics processes of our factories, combine the logistics resources of factories, and ensure the daily operation and achieve the targets.

-Lead the planning and logistics department of factories, to build and coach a strong team, and provide the better service to business.
