职位描述
岗位职责：
1. 支持覆盖策略的设计和分销拓展项目的推动执行
？ 支持基于覆盖增长的增量模型搭建
？ 支持产品策略的开发
？ 数据抽取及分析，包括尼尔森数据、B2B平台数据及主渠销售数据
2. 执行推动分销相关市场通路创新模式的跟进事项，包括但不限于B2B模式（如E龙卷风和九州通模式），包括
？ 产品组合的选择和设计
？ 拓展机制的设计
3. 负责数据洞察及分析，帮助识别分销机会并跟进分销表现和达成
？ 对尼尔森数据的深入分析来寻找目标的省份和机会产品
？ 交易数据分析，根据分销拓展项目的表现和达成
？ 对主渠销售数据分析，通过对比，寻找机会点
4. 作为B2B连锁便利店策略设计和消费者促销活动设计的关键项目成员
？ 运作机制设计
？ 项目状态持续跟进及关键指标达成跟进
5. 支持门店CRM的搭建和运营
任职要求：
1. 本科及以上学历
2. 3年以上工作经验，有快消品行业市场通路相关工作经验者佳
3. 数据分析能力强，逻辑性强，熟练运用MS相关软件
4. 优秀的沟通能力和英文表达能力
