服务描述/ Brief description of service:

Baan transaction (Consignment accrual, SG service fee, sales rebate, tax refund, update FX rate)

Update the credit term and other customer information in Baan system

Monthly collection plan follow up

Prepare sales daily report data

update customer data for unblocking

update special approval for invoice issue

statement reconciliation with customer

sales report and big win update in wechat

review customer AR status, sales order unblocking

inventory stocktaking in SH warehouse and summary the actual inventory data

review commission agreement and agent service contract

assist AR assistant to deal with the invoice issue

perform sales discount entry into system

update the consignment accrue data

monthly reconciliation

Intercompany balance confirmation and communication

finish collection and AR clearing

special requests from Wendy and others

服务担当技能要求/ Skills and qualifications required:

1. Accounting Education Background. College graduated or above.

2、 Good English, CET4 or above

3、 Good Excel

4、 1-3 years relation working experience

5、 Good communication
