Accountabilities & Responsibilities/职责描述:

  

1、Drive change and process improvement projects and programs at the site.

  

在工厂推动变革/工艺改进项目。

  

2、Accountable for ensuring documentation and sustainability of completed projects.

  

负责确保已完成项目的文件和可持续性。

  

3、Influence Plant Management team through demonstration of how better tools and processes can increase the efficiency of their work.

  

通过如何能改善工具和流程可以提高他们工作的效率来影响工厂的管理团队。

  

4、 Identify, develop, and implement new tools and templates to improve operational effectiveness of department.

  

确定、制定以及实施新的工具和模板来提高部门的运作效率。

  

5、Support the Process Manager to lead the implementation of cost saving project and achieve the saving target.

  

支持工厂工艺经理领导节约项目的实施并达成节约目标。

  

6、Act as a department liaison with Continuous Improvement professionals in other areas.

  

作为一个在其他领域与部门联系持续改进的专业人士。

  

7、Optimize process parameters and operational management work flow, identify waste points for every step of process, develop continuous improvement actions for all waste points and cost control, achieve the most optimized value chain.

  

优化工艺参数及运营流程，不断识别和发现浪费点，建立精益生产改进方法，实现最优价值流程。

  

8、Responsible for monitoring, promoting and implementation for Q-RMP in production department, make sure that it comes to product safety and quality of links according to the company’s rules and laws and regulations. Responsible for 2.29 QRMP articles in the company’s establish, maintain and improve.

负责监督、促进和执行Q-RMP在生产部的推行，确保涉及到产品安全和质量的环节按公司规定和法律法规进行；负责2.29 QRMP 条款的建立、维护和改善。

  

 

    

Educational Requirement, Competencies & Capabilities/学历，胜任力及能力要求:

  

Must Have/必须具备:

  

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering related. Know well in continuous improvement technologies, equipment design and process design.

  

工程相关学士学位。了解持续改进技术，设备设计和工艺设计。

  

Good understanding of Continuous Improvement Systems, Strong leadership, thinking & problem solving, and communication skills

  

对持续改进体系有良好的理解，较强的领导力，思考和解决问题的能力以及沟通技巧。

  

Be able to facilitate data-driven statistical approaches to problem solving; gathering and analyzing project data. 

  

能够促进数据驱动的统计方法来解决问题；项目数据的收集和分析。

Good communication skills.

良好的沟通能力和人际交往；

Nice to Have/最优具备:

CET-4 or above

3 years’ production experience

Food Safety knowledge and experience is prefer

大学英语四级以上
