Principal Accountabilities:

1. Responsible for IT purchase activities and projects for Asia region by working with cross-functional teams

2. To analyze the market and maintain awareness of current/future trends and leading edge practices in the market

3. Co-develop category strategy with global category manager for IT, analyze purchase scenarios and achieve TCO reduction target assigned

4. Source and develop qualified suppliers that are able to meet business requirements in terms of quality, cost, delivery, service and CSR standard, as well as to provide innovation advantage

5. Organize bidding and negotiate contract &competitive terms considering TCO as well as to develop contract and SLA in time with good quality.

6. Evaluate and monitor supplier performance on periodical basis and implements progress plan and actions as required

7. Ensure compliance with purchasing process and quality system in daily work.

 Key Qualities Required:

1. Bachelor Degree in purchasing or business related field

2. 3-5 years’ purchasing experience for IT category

3. Strong communication skills with proven ability to deal with all levels of associates and customers

4. The ability to manage multiple tasks / projects and taking initiatives to work independently under diverse and fast-paced environment & tight deadlines

5. Good written and oral English

6. Positive attitude and personality, strong integrity and good ethics
