EDUCATION: Bachelor degree in pharmacy or related science with a pharmaceutical or medical major


EXPERIENCE:

? Over 2 years working experience in regulatory affairs (senior RA specialist) or pharmaceutical industry (RA specialist);
? Good knowledge of SFDA regulations and guidelines;
? Good command of written and reading English;
? Good communication skill;
? Good management of time;
? Fast learning capability

RESPONSIBILITIES:

? Implement registration action plan, prepare and submit registration dossier on schedule.

? Prepare QC validation testing materials and related dossier, and follow up test process to ensure timely complete.

? Follow up with area RA contact for required registration dossier, track registration process and make projects going smoothly.

? Design and modify Chinese artworks for package insert, pack and label, in line with relevant regulatory requirements.

? Review promotion materials according to the internal SOP.

? Collect information on competitive products and provide related supports to other functions.

? Maintain regulatory tracking system for registration procedure to ensure clear record and archive.

? Maintain good working relationships with regulatory authorities (SFDA, CDE, institute for drug control, and so on).

? Assist supervisor to complete urgent assignment as requested in a time manner.
