职能：
- 管理市场部相关宣传材料，包括杂志，广告刊物，海报，画册，POP设计
- 设计季度活动设计产品，包括各种促销打折活动的相关宣传产品
- 配合网站在线活动进行设计，和市场经理一起策划和执行相关内容
- 公关相关资料的设计
- 为各商场和百货里每个品牌的宣传做相关设计
- 支持和参与公司所有品牌的平面设计工作

要求：
- 至少三年平面设计经验
- 平面设计或时尚设计专业优先
- 在各种媒体如杂志版面、POP媒体等方面有扎实的设计知识与经验
- 了解网页设计者优先
- 有时尚行业或女装品牌相关工作经验优先
- 具有良好的商业思维和敏感度
- 富有条理性，灵活与大胆创新精神，积极主动，富于时尚感
- 对文字表达有良好的理解，能够有创意的配合进行设计
- 熟练应用Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, FLASH, HTML, SEO, 及office软件
- 基本英文沟通能力

Responsibilities:
- Manage graphics for our offline communication material, i.e. magazine / catalogue layout together with Ad agency, poster, look book and POP layout
- Develop seasonal campaign materials (ONSALE, Promotions, etc)
- Setup graphics for our websites and online campaigns. Manage content together with Marketing manager
- PR materials / develop the fashion mail layout
- Layout of newsletters Department Store/Shopping Mall for each brand
- Graphical layout of all internal templates
- Support all four brands with graphic support
- Adhoc graphical assignments across the brands

Requirements:
- At least 3 years experience within graphic design
- Qualified graphic designer with solid experience from graphic design for printed media (magazine layout, POP material, etc)
- Solid experience from web-design is preferred
- Graduate within graphic design or fashion design academy.
- Work experience from the fashion industry and women’s apparel is preferable.
- Strong commercial mindset
- Organized, flexible and can do attitude, innovative, fashion conscious
- Creative with at good text comprehension
- Excellent skills on Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, FLASH, HTML, SEO, CMS applications, (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good English skills, both written and oral.
