Responsibilities:
- responsible for searching, screening and evaluating suppliers in a global scope
- responsible for contacting international suppliers, analyzing their advantages and establishing international buying and importing procedures and systems
- analyzing current products line, sourcing upgrades or succedaneums in order to improve products quality and cost competition advantage
- negotiating purchase price with international suppliers
- manage orders with suppliers, including:
- quality of fabric, dying, prints, accessories, workmanship, fitting
- follow up on lead time and on time deliveries, etc.
- responsible for the whole international importing process and customs clearance
- developing new styles, including propose new styles, obtain new style proposal from suppliers and develop styles proposed by designer

Requirements:
- more than 3 years international sourcing and importing experience, garment field experience is preferred
- be familiar with foreign trade whole process, especially the garment importing procedures
- be good at developing overseas suppliers, the candidates who have related sources are preferred
- be familiar with sourcing quality control
- have knowledge on foreign trade related law and documents
- fluent English skills
- willing to travel abroad
- organized, high efficiency, good at communication, be able to work independently
- Possession of passport
