职位描述
Major accountabilities
? Responsible for the inbound and outbound order fulfillment process for import business / TY products, including purchase order placement (import business only), coordination for goods importation (import business only), sales order placement, contracting, coordinating between distributor and manufacturing sites for the confirmation of payment and shipment schedule, managing cash flow with the distributor, new price / term application, tracking and binding all relevant documentation, goods return and replacement and etc;
? Optimize material and information flow from supplier to tier-1 customers so as to create high service levels at optimum cost by collaborating with production team and the local distributor(s) on stock level management and implementation of operation excellence project.
? Co-ordination for customer complaint handling, including day-to-day coordination for all customer complaints to ensure an agreed customer satisfaction, quick response and appropriate documentation, record and report of the trend of customer complaint on a regular basis.
? Management of supply chain data including maintenance of master file, on-going business data capture and prepare for routine supply chain reports as agreed.
Background
Education:
? Bachelor Degree in Science or Business or related major
Experience:
? 1+ year work experience in MNC is a preference;
? Preferable with basic logistics management skills with result orientation
Personality:
? Customer focus and work independently, efficiently and effectively
? Patient and proactive in problem solving
? Passion in learning new things with good ability
? Withstands pressure
Language:
? Fluent Chinese and English are required, both in written and verbal
?
