职位描述
Responsibilities:
Order Processing
? Create Sales Order / Delivery Note / Invoice in SAP
? Maintain the monthly shipment plan with Commercial Team
? Follow up the Pre-payment between Customer and 3PL
? Follow up the spare parts order / trunk stock transfer with FSE team
? Maintain price and customer database file
Co-ordinate with 3PL Warehouse for shipment arrangement
? Release order to 3PL and follow up the shipment schedule with Customer
? Work with HK team to maintain inventory level
Invoicing
? Prepare the invoice to Finance for all Sales order
? Review the monthly reconciliation report with Finance
Monthly Sales Forecast
? Follow up with Commercial team for Monthly Sales forecast
Requirements:
? 6-8 years Customer Services Experience with order processing in SAP and shipping arrangement.
? Experience in developing and using Excel-based models and Sales forecast
? Good written, verbal and interpersonal skills in handle customers
? Highly motivated and self-managed
? Strong planning, organisational skills
? Able to work independently
? Industry knowledge and experience preferred
