工作内容

Manage statistical sales forecasts, develop and introduce effective processes & Tools to drive forecast generation and demand management for the team. Maintain system planning parameters.

Facilitate monthly S&OP meeting with relative business team to reach consensus. Ensure market/sales intelligence data added to the statistical forecasts is substantiated by business expectations and reconciled to overall business plans

Keep Forecast accuracy above target.

Keep the overall inventory level below the requested target. Manage country supply plan to meet anticipated customer demand at the optimal inventory level, manage exposure to excess and obsolete stocks by implementing intermodal redistribution and GBU returns of goods. Closely monitor the slow moving and potential risky inventories. Provide suggested solution for the existing stocks in provision. Control the stock provision and write-off under the target level.

Target supply issues by communicating and coordinating with GBU & manufacturers; draw up a joint action and contingency plan for the resolutions of such issues, take joint responsibility with country customer service and marketing managers in achieving the customer order fulfill rate.

Work closely with regional/country marketing managers and other stakeholders to understand requirements of new product introductions, provides planning inputs to product phase-in/phase-out plans, and communicates the launch purchase plan to GBUs

应聘条件

Bachelor or Master, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, and Medical relative…

3-5 years on supply planning, data analysis, demand planning, experience in Wound management, Endoscopy, orthopedics Reconstruction, and relative Medical Device industry are great plus.

Good computer skills, especially in Excel and PPT. SAP/ERP knowledge.

Good data management,

Be able to efficiently multitask to complete projects in a timely fashion, and adaptable to either working independently or in a team.

Good communication in oral and writing English
