工作内容

1. Dealer business operation

a) Support dealer well use of VV/DMS/VIDA and deal with daily issue they report

b) Support dealer to check parts info and submit TIE report if needed

c) Support dealer well understanding of parts discrepancy claim process, investigate and close case timely

d) Support dealer to check parts delivery status, and any special delivery request arrangement

e) Ensure system works properly and handle emergency case if system breakdown

f) BO review and take actions as per the comments, place VOR if necessary. 

g) Focus on 3R BO and keep eyes on ETA closely, escalate in time if needed

h) Special order placement-tool/tire/key/decal/vps etc. 

i) CCM special case support and follow up

2. Dealer development

a) Dealer order behaviour monitoring and KPI tracking, action plan follow up for bad-performance dealers

b) Dealer inventory analysis and optimization

c) New dealer opening coaching and dealer audit on-site support

d) Dealer parts training and material/parts manual update

e) Dealer seminar organization and preparation and collect feedback

f) Certificated VMI dealer KPI follow up

3. Others

a) Deal with inter-company order request/internal-use

b) DSD monthly KPI report

c) Work closely with all related functions(GCS, Warranty, AFM, P&A, Marketing, etc) and support their needs

4. Continuous study and improvement, reach team goal

应聘条件

1. Bachelor degree or above

2. Fluent in written and oral English

3. 1-2 years working experience, automotive background preferred

4. Excellent in communication skill
