GENERAL FUNCTION  

Lead & overseas all aspects of Sales, Operation & Merchandising planning, Financial Performance for the direct retail biz & also retail team management.    

PRIMARY DUTIES  

1.    Lead the retail team to achieve the sales target assigned    

2.    Formulate & monitor the execution of various sales, promotion, VM & Merchandising plans to drive for biz growth  

3.    Identify appropriate distribution opportunity for further biz development    

4.    Monitor the daily operation of stores & ensure proper management of the retail team    

5.    Submission all reporting in order, timely & accuracy & with biz insight    

6.    Maintain good relationship with landlords    

7.    Partner with internal functions to drive effective assortment sell in, inventory management and integrated marketplace practice    

8.    Organize and conduct Orientation for new store opening and new joining staffs    

9.    Manage and execute training activities for retail    

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED    

1.    Deep understanding of retail business basics & daily store operation    

2.    8 years retail experience in major retail brands    

3.    Autonomous, self-starter & self-guided, accurate and detail oriented    

4.    Good inter-personal, communication & influence skill    

5.    Knowledge in Excel and Outlook    

6.    Footwear industry experience and Tertiary education or above a plus

LOCATION:   

30% Shanghai Office / 70% Stores

Normal office & retail shop environment.
