职位描述
KEY RELATIONSHIP:
Reports to: Marketing Operation Manager (B2B Marketing)
MISSION :
Execute annual marketing plan and commercial policy to support customer engagement and business development.
KEY ACTIVITIES :
1.Planning and Execution of Marketing Activities
-Organize trade shows and seminars to support business development
-Cooperate with OEM customers for co-branding activities
-Manage customer database from marketing activities
2.Data Collection and Analysis
-Work closely with sales team, monitor and track price trend
-Collect industry policy and feedback to sales team
3.Demand Forecast and Analysis
-Responsible for demand forecast compilation and analysis process on 3 months, 12 months and 18 months horizon
-Collect demand forecast from business team and provide monthly plan for demand review
-Coordinate with supply chain, customer service and sales team to assure fulfillment of sales demand
-Product phase-in and phase-out
4.Commercial Terms and Conditions
-Responsible for commercial terms and conditions design and adjustment to support business development
-Make promotion plans to support product sell out
KEY QUALITIES REQUIRED:
1.Excellent in Excel and data analysis
2.Strong in cross-functional communication and team work
3.Experience in marketing activity management
QUALIFICATIONS:
1.Experience in data collection and analysis
2.Experience in MarCom
