Job Profile:
Responsible for production coordination and problem solving during production to guarantee consistent and effective production with qualified products and improve customer satisfaction

Main Responsibilities
· Work out production planning target according to business strategy to supervise and ensure production smoothly
· Work out and perfect production discipline to standardize regular production and supervise implementation
· Responsible for internal production organization optimization, HC control, equipment management and product control on process, quality, cost etc to improve productivity
· Provide managerial or technical solution per the issues suffered in practice to make sure department normal operations
· Supervise and check quality system implementation during production
· Keep production planning implementation in control and productive reporting accurate
· Organize on-site 5S management
· Work out and follow up subordinates'development plan to ensure effectiveness on CID, succession plan and shift leaders'development
· Compliance and implementation on BOS documentation and ISO14001/ts16949 related regulation

Qualification and Requirement
· Education: Bachelor degree and above, Mechanical Manufacture or related disciplines
· Experience: Minimum 5 years experience in Operations, Production management with 3 years managerial role in manufacture
· Knowledge and skills: Strong production organization, coordination, influencing and communication skills. Abel to deal with contingency on safety issues with know-how of safety related regulations,
· Language: Good command of English listening, speaking and writing
· Other requirements:Self-discipline, integrity, equity
