职位描述
1.description of main tasks
Lead and supervise local test engineers&mechanics on engine and engine component test (VT, VCT, WPB&OAP, BD, CD, motored and fired engine).
Improve the test management in regards of engine systems testing
Implementation and further development of test methods
Lead or supervise new test rig development project to meet customer requirements on cost and schedule
Close cooperation with the experts world wide
Communication interface between Anting and HQ
Good managing of test rigs to ensure all test rigs and systems in a good status, including implementation of test rig maintenance plan, backup parts and equipments management...
Development of team members on skill and capability to meet needs of job
Definition of SOR for new equipment procurement according to DVP
Support for developing/ improving of testing methods and processes
Coordinate the QMS activities with team members
Coordinate the EHS activities with team members
Implementation of continuous project documentation and follow up tools like
SAP, project controlling of test rig as well (customer) testing project
Cost controlling regarding project budgeting, project planning as well cost accounting
Man power resource planning
KTP for new employees and already employed ones as well 'knowledge transfer' between them
Close cooperation with test lab manager to install new employees
Assessment of employees performance, etc. within EDD or comparable tools
2.Qualification
Critical Competency
- Deep product knowledge
- Outstanding knowledge on engine product testing and test equipments
- Able to think outside the box
- Good project management
- Good command in English and / or German
- Good command computer in common software and applications
- Good communication / leading skills
- Good sense on results orientation and customer focus
- Team player
Required Education & Experience
- Graduated with degrees (bachelor or above) from machine / automotive engineering
- At least 5 years of engineering experience in the automotive field
- Experiences with comparable tasks are mandatory;
- Team leading experience is mandatory
