职位描述
Responsibilities:
?Be the owner of Retails and Hardlines Test Service Team to accountable for all project related issues
?Supervise all subordinates to execute all tests for electrical, electronic and hardlines products according to international schedule and standards
?Drive operational excellence, incl. but not limited to utilization of human resources and collaboration with other departments for service delivery and quality
?Communicate with subcontractors to ensure the smooth test delivery and compliance
?Further develop/ establish the team and laboratory facilities for electrical and hardlines products testing
?Extend the business scope to test service and accreditation, and setup laboratory facilities in Shenzhen
?Research and develop competitive services and packages for both new and key clients
?Be accountable for output cost structure of the team
?Be responsible for the human resources management and talent development of the team
?Provide technical supports and professional judgement to sales personnel in promoting testing services
Requirements:
?Degree or above in Engineering/ Physics/ Mechanical or related subjects
?At least 10 years working experience in testing and certification industry, incl. at least 3 years supervisory experience
?Experience in serving retail clients and setting up new laboratory is a definite advantage
?Integrity, proactive working attitude, customer-orientated mind, work-hard and good team player
