SUMMARY

Provides Level 2 supports for the use and availability of the Oracle EBS solution across the Global Organization, ensuring that the business users are able to perform their day to day functions as efficiently as possible whilst maintaining adherence to standard operating procedures & the IT strategy.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES)

· Support the day to day work of the central & regional business teams by offering help, advice and troubleshooting on the systems that have been implemented.

· Supports the global business by ensuring that the operations of the organisation are captured, processed and reported appropriately.

Qualifications and Experience

·  Degree in Information Systems，fresh graduate 

· Fluent in English (Additional languages an advantage)
