工作内容

1、Insure invoices are issued as required for both domestic and overseas market; 根据国内外市场的要求开具保险发票；

2、AR/sales booking (both domestic and overseas) in the system including bad debit provision; 系统中的应收账款/销售预订（国内和国外），包括坏账准备；

3、Responsible for contract collection and achieving; 负责合同的收集和实现；

4、Producing weekly AR and billing reports to practice partners；向业务合作伙伴制作每周应收账款和账单报告

5、Maintaining AR master files and project master files for online travel bookings and reimbursement；维护在线旅游预订和报销的应收账款主文件和项目主文件

6、Assist company legal counsel on debt collection; 协助公司法律顾问催收债务；

7、Export tax return; 出口退税；

8、Accounts reconciliation and follow up to resolve variance and abnormal items; 账目核对和跟进以解决差异和异常项目；

9、Provide support in external and internal audits; 为外部和内部审计提供支持；

10、Assist Manager to identify potential areas for improvement, support the implementation of the initiatives in order to drive continuous optimization; 协助经理确定潜在的改进领域，支持实施计划，以推动持续优化；

11、Other Ad-hoc assignments. 其他特别任务

应聘条件

1、 Bachelor degree with minimum 3 years of accounts receivable experience；本科学历，至少3年应收账款经验

2、 Good written and oral English；良好的书面和口头英语

3、Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel；熟练使用MS Office，尤其是Excel

4、Excellent communication skills；出色的沟通技巧

5、Efficient administration skills to be able to cope with a multi-tasking environment；高效的管理技能，能够应对多任务环境
