Position Description:

New Product Delivery Management

-Lead cross- function teams understand the project charter, complete and deliver project objectives TTM within cost budget.

-Supporting new product introduction and safe launch with good quality for Server .

-Manufacturing project manager representing the supply chain to the Server NPI process.

1.Overall Project Management of a New Product Launch is Performed by WW Manufacturing Project Manager (MPM) working with WW ME’s, TE’s & QE’s with assistance from GEO MPMs .

2.Each In-Geo Site has MPM, ME, TE & QE as Site Interface into WW Engineering Team and Drives Site Execution

3.Brand Manufacturing Fulfillment Interface into ODT & MFG Source Selection

4.Reviews & approves shell plans considering complexity and manufacturing capability

5.Develops WW Manufacturing Plan and Establishes Site Schedule Commits

6.Project Manages the Launch of New Product into WW Sites

7.Interfaces with site MPM and ODM Interface to Accomplish Launch

8.Interfaces with ODT Functional WW Project Managers, Driving Issues to Closure

9.Owns Supply Chain Readiness Review (SCRR) GSC CheckPoint

10.Owns Supply Commit Review (SCR) GSC Checkpoint

11.Participates in MDRR Review

12.Coordinates requirements input & builds of DAU & SVT systems

13.Holds Manufacturing Readiness Review (MRR) w/ Site MPM’s & ODM

14.Drives Ship Support&Smart GA Exit Criteria in conjunction w/ ODT Lead

Position Requirements:

1. Must have computer science related Bachelor and above degree, have very good understanding of IT industry;

2. Good English ability, able to use English as working language

3. Excellent Microsoft Powerpoint and Excel skill;

4. Strong Leadership and communication skill

5.Communicating skills, Teaming and collaboration ability, Project managementEnglish skill, Impact/influence.
