Job Description:
To roll out the Asia Document Retention Action Plan:
- to communicate with Shenzhen Iron Mountain to arrange detials
- to work with each department for the Decument need to be sent to outside storage per Policy
- to manage the document list/label for all boxes sending to outside storage
- to help with document tracking if needed
- to help to excute document destruction per guideline if needed
Other jobs as assigned by supervisor from time to time:
- event arrangements & others
Requirement:
1. Energetic, organizing, detailed, and passion to service & deal with people.
2. College graduated or under practice training
3. Computer skills: Word, Excel, Powerpoint.
4. Fluent English in reading/writing will be add-on value.
