Responsibility:
?The proper implementation of the local fit and wear program
?Recruiting, screening, and maintaining a roster of qualified fit, wear testers
?In the implementation of the local fit screening program and fit and wear evaluation program in coordination w/ the devt, commercialization, and US fit and wear test teams
?Coordination w/ the development and the commercialization team in resolving fit and wear issues. Under Fit and Wear Manager Supervision.
?In the coordination of the development and approval of new last in coordination w/ the development and commercialization teams.
?Maintaining last specs and measurement of approved production last.
?Tracking and maintaining of Fit and Wear Report
Education/Experience:
-College Graduate preferably engineering or footwear technical graduate.
-Minimum of 2 years actual manufacturing experience in footwear manufacturing environment, in either product development, commercialization, production/quality control.
-At least 2 years technical / relevant experience in footwear wear industry.
-Computer literate
