工作内容：

1. Baan transaction (Consignment accrual,SG service fee,sales rebate,tax refund,update FX rate)

2. Update the credit term and other customer information in Baan system

3. Monthly collection plan follow up

4. Prepare sales daily report data

5. update customer data for unblocking

6. update special approval for invoice issue

7. statement reconciliation with customer

8. sales report and big win update in wechat

9. review customer AR status, sales order unblocking

10. inventory stocktaking in SH warehouse and summary the actual inventory data

11. review commission agreement and agent service contract

12. assist AR assistant to deal with the invoice issue

13. perform sales discount entry into system

14. update the consignment accrue data

15. monthly reconciliation

16. Intercompany balance confirmation and communication

17. finish collection and AR clearing

18. special requests from Wendy and others

要求：

1. Accounting Education Backgroud. College graduated or above.

2、 Good English, CET4 or above

3、 Good Excel

4、 1-3 years relation working experience

5、 Good communication
