Role:

Responsible for all Quality process activities in plant to assure quality standard with continously waste reduction and product quality improvement


Responsibilities:

1. Manage QC in production area assigned and the improvement action

2. Decrease % of scrap in manufacturing

3. Decrease % of rework

4. Improve End Product quality level

5. Data collection

6. Attends at the improving corrective actions in order to lower scraps and re-working

7. Attends and Improves at the Quality Points

8. Develop, attend and improve control instruments and control procedures.

9. People managerment-build up subordinate's capbilities to establish a strong team by

continously coach and performance management.


Qualifications:

1. Bachelor above degree, majored in mechanical, engineering is preferred

2. Excellent in spoken and written English

3. 8+ years working experience with at least 5+ years as quality management professional; experience in similar manufacturing industry is highly perferred

4. Total Quality principles ( Diagrams cause-effect, Problem solving techniques, Pareto analysis, Process Control Analysis, PDCA/DMAIC approach, ...) and rich experience on the implementation

5. SPC

6. Technical design reading

7. Strong experience on team management

8. Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives without supervision

9. Good communication skill and interpersonal skill

10. Mature and open minded with capability easily adapting to new organization environment
