职位描述
Role:
? Role of this position is to lead the team to schedule the production in time and optimize the process.
Responsibilities:
1. Lead production planners to schedule the production based on the customers requirement and full understanding for the production capacity and capability.
2. Orginizeframes production planning team to follow up the production schedule and check the WIP closely, coordinate with related department to solve the impediments occurred during production, in order to avoid any delay for customers 's demand.
3. Fast react on customer's urgent demand; work with production to make sure customers requirement can be fulfilled on time.
4. Lead the metal frames production planning team to continusly improves the production planning accuracy by working with production together.
5. Time to Market and production synchronization improvement.
6. Team building and team work efficiency improvement.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor above degree, majored in SCM, Logistics preferred.
2. Excellent at spoken and written English.
3. Professional in MS excels, Acess, Outlook and SAP.
4. 6+ years working experience in MNC in manufacturing industry as planning management, 2 yrs in manager level. Well know the whole planning process in raw material, semi-product and assembling, etc.

7. Strong capability on priority management and strong sense of WIP, stock mgt and delievery lead time achievement.
8. Good communication skill and interpersonal skill
9. Mature and open minded with capability easily adapting to new organization environment.
