Responsibilities:

-To work out the production plan according to the sales forecast and actual in-take orders.

-Lead the production team for fulfilment of production plan.

-To arrange the manpower, materials and machinery reasonably in order to minimize the cost and maximize the productivity.

-Enhance the safety education and checking to prevent any accident in production.

-Take part in quality documents edit and revising to make our working procedures under continually improved.

-Training and motivate subordinates.

-Other tasks given by superior.

Qualifications:

-Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position, at least 3 years of managerial experience

-Working experience in food and beverage company;

-Good communication and production management skills;

-Can work under pressure,good team work spirit;

-Be able to use english is preferred.
