Responsibilities:

1, Review and improve the recruitment system and procedure for best achievement of the recruitment goals;
2, Assess and select suitable channel for sourcing of candidates. Manage and execute recruiting operations from H/C requisition to offer-making, including draft of JD, resume screening, management of interview process, selection and salary negotiation;
3, Internal referral policy and procedure management;
4, Provide market and internal salary information as benchmarking for salary decision;
5, Track status of recruitment progress and provide recruitment report;
6, Conduct employee communication and respond for employee's inquiry relating to labor law and company policy. Provide constructive suggestion on ER improvement from HR perspective for dept managers;
7, Engage in other training and performance management initiatives and projects.

Requirements:

1, Good English skill, both in writing and speaking (able to communicate in speaking);
2, At least 3 years working experience in HR area, shoes industry and MNC experience preferred;
3, Degree holder with majors in HR Management/Business Administration/English or other equivalents;
4, Good candidates should be strong and experienced in recruitment function. Experience as a generalist is as well desired;
5, Positive and proactive, good interpersonal skills;
6, Good communication skill and sense of team spirit.
