职位描述
MISSION: The Digital Project Manager pilots one or several digital projects from low to moderate complexity to insure the delivery of a digital solution. This solution answers the customer’s needs by considering his requirements in terms of cost and timing and by applying project management tools and methods.
He/she coordinates and coaches the members of the project team and optimizes the internal and external human, financial and/or technical resources necessary for the project. He/she insures the delivery of the project according to the specifications in terms of cost, quality, and lead time and manages the communication towards the stakeholders.
KEY EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENTS
1. Understanding of the customer’s need and specifications.
2. Helping the sponsor choose the best solution (software package, development).
3. Defining the Methodology and framework of the project.
4. Preparing project documents and ensuring that the company requirements for hosting, security and confidentiality of the data are respected
5. Defining and supervising the schedule.
6. Allocating and optimizing the needed human, financial and/or technical resources for the project.
7. Communicating and validating the key phase of the project with the sponsor.
8. Verifying that the solution is consistent with the specifications after implementation.
Key Qualities Required
1. Solid IT project management experience;
2. Project management certification, such as PMP or PRINCE2;
3. Preferred Agile/Scrum methodology;
4. Preferred BA/FA or development background
5. Experience in digital business such as CRM, E-Commerce or digital marketing;
6. Solid communication, presentation and training skills.
7. At least 3 years working experience

7. 确保和沟通项目的各里程碑；
8. 通过质量保证手段确保交付的产品符合设计和需求。
岗位要求
1. 具有丰富的IT项目经验；
2. 拥有项目管理认证，例如PMP或ACP等优先；
3. 有敏捷项目管理经验优先；
4. 有业务分析师或者开发经验者优先；
5. 具有数字化业务经验，例如CRM、电商或者数字营销经验者优先；
6. 具有良好的沟通、表达和培训经验；
7. 至少3年以上工作经验。
