Principal Accountabilities:

1.Work with internal business partners, to draft and review contracts or other legal documents and provide legal advice to business operation and projects; 

2.To prepare training materials and regularly deliver legal training to business, such as commercial compliance, Code of Ethics, Cyber Security Law, etc.;

3.To deploy and enforce Group compliance referentials in China;

4.To design or improve the internal process or legal support model for efficiency and risk management purposes; 

5.To advise and manage dispute resolution, inlcuding managing the assignment of outside external lawyer;

6.Other legal services required by the Company for business needs.

Key Qualities Required:

1.Legal professional knowledge, especially knowledge and practice about Chinese commercial laws, Cyber Security Law, labor law etc.;
2.With strong business sense and willingness to understand the Company’s business and self-develop competence adapting to new trends in market;
3.Excellent skills in document drafting and writing; Mature communication skills; Fluent office software use;
4.Must be fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese (speaking, reading, listening and writing).

Qualifications:

1.Graduate of a recognized law school either in China or abroad;
2.Working experience in legal area over 8 years, PQE(pass Chinese Judicial Qualification Exam)>5 years,  experience in FIE and/or law firm experience dealing with FIE business), with franchising, retail or digital related experience will be a plus.
