岗位具体职责描述与工作内容

1. 支持售后服务部销售团队及其他相关支持部门

2. 维护、更新公司产品数据库—IB

3. 收集并跟进销售计划，控制合同进账进度

4. 分析和跟踪其他相关数据，如市场占有率、业务预测等

5. 定期向管理层进行汇报相关分析数据

6. 协调销售团队与其他业务部门的关系

7. 协助管理层和产品部为销售团队制定市场策略及规划等

8. 协调市场策略在销售团队的实施与跟踪，并分析评定市场策略的效果。

岗位能力与经历需求

1. 本科以上学历

2. 3年以上工作经验，理工科背景，及有相关工作经验者优先。

3. 较强的Excel运用能力，并熟练运用Word， Power point等其他办公软件。

4. 英文读写良好，口语可日常交流。

5. 良好的沟通技巧，较强的数据分析能力，组织协调能力和团队精神。

6. 能独立工作，踏实仔细。
