任职要求：

1、Education/Experience

Education: Bachelor degree in communications, journalism or marketing

Experience:

？     At least 8 yrs experience in Corp Comms and at least 3 yrs in MNC or reputable PR agencies

？     At least 2 yrs of team management experience

？     Abundant experience in handling personal image and public affairs relevant to senior leadership

2、Specific Knowledge/Skills

Language: Excellent command of both oral and written English

Other skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

 

 

岗位职责：

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

 1、Strategic Communications Planning & Management:

-        Devise, formulate and implement corporate branding and communication strategies for RGMI China on the corporate level;

-        Strategically plan and instrumentally carry out PR plan on the corporate level;

-        Advise, guidance and support each respective BU to ensure “we all promoting the same corporate image with consistent messages”.

 

2、Internal Communications Management:

-        Build internal communication network and channels ;

-        Strengthen and facilitate internal communications;

-        Advise HR to enhance employee morale.

 

3、Corporate Communication Production:

-        Develop & co-ordinate production of corporate publications, website & marketing materials to ensure consistency in the deliverance of corporate communications.

-        Elevate the corporate branding through the development of visually attractive & interesting corporate materials

 

4、Media Relations & Publicity:

-        Develop news release systems and policy;

-        Develop media network and build good media relationship;

-        Media event / news conference planning and management;

 

5、Corporate Philanthropy:

-        Develop corporate philanthropy strategy and planning

-        Promote and enhance corporate reputation through good management of corporate donation projects

6、Business Information Center:

-        Keep the management alert and sensitive to environmental and industrial changes through regular deliveries of BIC report

 

7、Crisis/conflict management:

-  Establish effective procedures and practices in dealing with complaints, issues & crisis to project the desired corporate image of fairness, responsiveness, efficiency and professionalism
