Time % Summary of Major Duties:  

 30% Execute In-store Merchandising Plan ¨         

- Conduct in-store normal POSM including mainshelf-decoration and 2nd display tools to improve visibility. ¨         

- Work with brand team to develop merchandising tool with proper KV adaptation to well present brand equity. ¨         --Warehouse management of delivery and inventory   

 30% Develop Merchandising Solution for In-store Promotion ¨        

-Develop promotion POSM/premium in line with promotion plan/seasonal campaign to drive business opportunities

 - Develop merchandising guideline and training materials accordingly ¨         

- Work with brand team, GTM and procurement team to impelemt promotion process for on time delivery   

 20% Drive In-store Execution Excellence    ¨         

- Work closely with RCM to properly plan and allocate POSM resources and ensure implementation by channels ¨         Regular store visits to ensure that visual merchandising standards are maintained in accordance with guidelines at corporate level ¨         

- Collect competitor good practice and feedbacks from field sales to generate inputs into business   

 20% Others ¨         

- Go through financial process in compliance with company regulation and ensure data accuracy ¨         

- Filing and documentation by projects and category ¨         

- Other project as assigned
