工作职责

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

1.Work together with functional team to support new product development; Conduct market research and validate customer value proposition via experiments and verification; Prepare selling tools/training for new product promotion.  (30%)

2.Lead business intelligence analysis to support regular pricing; Conduct strategic analysis to support growth strategy and strategic decision (30%)

3. Plan and facilitate Sateri joint marketing activities & partnership with textile value chain players to endorse Sateri viscose staple fiber is the best choice in the market. Build up long term relationship and implementable projects to push viscose application development. (30%)

4. Support routine market communication and branding activities for new product promotion, and brand exposure (10%)

 

教育程度/经验

Education/Experience

University degree, prefer major in marketing or business management relevant

Minimum 5 years marketing experience required.

Have strong market research, data management and strategic analysis, and project management experience

Candidates should be familiar with textile industry value chain, incl. fiber, yarn, and fabric. Textile industry career experience would be plus

Familiar with new product development process.

Candidates shall have sense about branding and joint marketing method.

15%-30% travel required.

Candidates shall be able to write business case, strategic analysis along value chain, and good at marketing tools. 

Fluent English, good at writing and PPT skills

Candidates should have capability to work together with functional team to lead projects, include NPD or co-marketing activities

Self driven personality and can work under high pressure
