Position Description:
1. System design: Take lead tech. team (include ME/Thermal/EE/BMC/BIOS) to do the system design and System design review.
2. Documents maintain: responsible for system related documents include system spec, system design review checklist, T3, AVL etc.
3. Defect management: take lead tech team to do the bug review and management, responsible for system level defect isolation and solving.
4. Responsible for product update and maintain in product lifecycle to make sure product issue could be solved on time.

Position Requirements:
1. At least 3 years server system design experience, or at least 5 years server MB design experience on H/W
2. Familiar with server architecture and working principle,
3. Rich experience on system debug and leading complex issue analysis with EE, BIOS, BMC, engineer etc;
4. Fluently English communication skill with internal team and external vendor.
5. Bachelor degree or higher in computer science or engineering.
6. PMI(Project Management Institute) PMP certified or equivalent Project Management Skill is a plus.
7. Eager to learn, explore new technologies, have innovative spirit.
