Position Description:
1) Manage power server system including IBM p520, p595, bladecenter, PowerVM, and others related products.
2) Monitor system performance and capacity, and report changes in usage.
3) Forecast system demand. Recommend upgrades, expansion, and reconfiguration.
4) Troubleshooting and problem determination.
5) Participate in the new project set-up, user training, hardware/software installation, maintenance and support, and documentation of hardware/software logs and operating procedures.
6) Perform basic user administration (adding, change, delete, disk space management, backups and file restores).
7) Document standards and operating procedures for ITIL and related certified .
8) Work with the system integration testing group to define acceptance plans.
9) Support the users whenever issues are faced.
10) Coordinate with external vendors, Head-Office and Regional team
11) Support for AIX capacity planning, performance analysis and tuning

Position Requirements:
Job Requirements
1) Computer skills, 8-10 years experience in related IT area, familiar with server knowledge
2) Experience of AIX server. Professional certifications preferred .
3) Highly analytical, Planning skills
4) High level proficiency in both English and Chinese. Oral and written communication skills.
