Position Description:
Working with local team in Beijing and Shanghai in order to define, develop and drive the product strategy for Lenovo’s Windows-based Consumer Tablet- PC’s.
Achieving time-to-market / time-to-volume goals being set
Creatively identifying future usage scenarios in order to define worldwide leading product offerings
Co-work with product operations, project management, design and other cross-functional teams and aspire operational excellence
Closely monitor weaknesses in current development process in order to improve future development cycles
Manage and push to solve all product related issues (Time-to-market, quality, cost etc.)
Perform other duties as assigned*

Position Requirements:
Product management related working experience in the Tablet PC and/or Smartphone Industry
Good knowledge in PC technology especially PC’s, Tablets, Smartphones, embedded devices
Proactive, strong ownership, team work and self-motivated
Strong leaderships skills, having a track record of managing a team
Open mindset and being able to network for diverse ideas along the whole organization (globally)
Very good English language skills
