? Major Responsibilities/Activities:
? Order operation and documents filing:
Receive distributor order, check inventory, calculate and inform customer of payment, ERP order operation, salesforce system order check and approval.
Special order operation, such as donation, clinical trial, free products, consignment to employee and no charge products. Be familiar with company related policy, ensure all process comply with AV regulation meanwhile provide training to sales/marketing team & customer if necessary
Filing order related documents properly. Make sure all supporting documents are well maintained in hard copy.
? Sales data analysis, rebate pay out and promotional FOC tracking
Data analysis: create sales report according to at hoc. specific request of RSM and BU manager; verify actual FOC payout monthly and correct error if any.
Sales record calculation: periodical sales record consolidation for responsible department to evaluation cusotmer performance, and for purpose of rebate accural or FOC calculation,
Tracking file: maintain manual tracking file for rebate payment and FOC products payout, to monitor working accuracy.
? No charge products distribution, record tracking and supporting documents filing
Follow up whole process of No Charge Products, push sales rep. for timly feedback of products usage and return of remaining upon request, verify and improve quality of related documents, push for necessary correction action; file necessary supporting documents; monitor tracking file, monthly distribute pending product list to responsible RSM and senior management.
? Communication with customer, coordination for problem solution
To communicate AV requirement and policy with customer. Answer customers' inquiry, figure out problems, or raise the issue to related departement, cooperation for solution and follow up progress, provide timely feedback to customer.
? Consignment Stock management
Timely operate consignment order, issue bill to related distributor and release replenishment to sales office; Follow up with sales department for consignment physical stock count and data reconsole; assist warehouse to collect unused consignment or expiring products within requested time.
? REQUIREMENTS:
? Industry experiences:
? Position experiences: at least 1-2 years working experience in order operation related function in multinational company
? Language Skills:good communications skill with high proficiency in both written and spoken English
? Computer Skills: with data analysis capability, practised SAP skill will be a preference
