4. REPORTS TO: Accounting Supervisor - ER

6. EDUCATION REQUIREMENT: University graduate, major in Accounting/Finance


7. RESPONSIBILITIES:

? Four Main Responsibilities:
Job Weighting% Main Responsibilities

10% Review employee's expense report and process it via CT&E system.

70% Log the detail information of expense reports for analysis. Check the validity of invoices.

10% Responsible for query service of CT&E system and answer other queries related ER from internal customers

10% Perform other assignment as requested by line manager

? Major Responsibilities/Activities:

? Check internal customer's expense reports, review and approve it via CT&E system.
? Strictly follow US/ PRC GAAP principles and OEC/ Local finance policies to ensure accounting treatments are in compliance;
? Communicate/ follow up with payment originators, or process owners in terms of inadequate information/supporting, unmatched invoices.
? Responsible for query service of CT&E system and answer other queries related ER from internal customers.
? Check the validity of invoices, and log the detail information of every expense reports for analysis
? Perform other assignments or special projects as requested by line manager.

8. REQUIREMENTS:

? Industry experiences: College graduate, 1-2 years working experience preferred.

? Position experiences: Be reliable with good interpersonal and communication skills


? Language Skills: CET 6 ,Good English writing/reading skill

? Computer Skills: Good PC skills: Word, Excel is preferred

? Mobility:

? Certificate Required:
Bachelor degree, major in accounting
Certificate of Accounting Professional
