u Major Responsibilities/Activities:


Label
l Global MEIT translation including ingredient list, obtain Product Managers' brief on label designs and work with agency on draft label, get initial Product Manager approval and align with med/reg
l Manage label review & approval process and time tracking by working with Medical, Regulatory and marketing team
l Collect,clarify, interpret, align & summarize the review comments and seek PM approval and comments
l Revise label based on the comments and Confirm the revised label with China cross functional team & upload for global approval and time tracking
l Seek final approval on the label


Promotional Material Management and Tracking
l Organize promotional material approval process by working with marketing product managers, regulatory, medical and legal
l Create a promotional material creation and approval process
l Label and file the finally approved promotional materials
l
8. REQUIREMENTS:


l Industry experiences:
This is a marketing entry level position. This position can lead to future marketing assistent and associate product manager role in marketing department.
l Position experiences:
l Project tracking and management skill. Can work under pressure while staying positive. Need good project management and organization skill and good working attitude.



l Language Skills:
Fluent usage of English and Mandarin (both spoken and written). English translation to Chinese and Chinese to English need to be good.


l Computer Skills:
Skillful with data processing, data mining and report creation. Knowledge in relational database and query creations. Preferably an expert of Excel and Access.

Business unit experience is a strong plus. Logical and analytical mindset. Very storng sense of numbers, plus acute business sense that helps to identify meaning analysis angle.
