职位描述
Principal Accountabilities：
1.As business lawyer, to support "New Business" as Tyreplus as well as Michelin Guide business, including drafting and reviewing contracts or other legal documents (e.g. E-commerce agreements and policies) and providing legal advice in E-commerce and franchisee projects;
2.Under supervision of Group IP, to monitor, collect information, report, follow up and investigate the cases of infringing the intellectual property rights of Michelin brand in China (“IP infringements”) and make proposals on, and to participate in IP infringement cases, especially through sending warning letters, contacting IPR administrative enforcement institutions and/or coordinating with outside IPR agencies;
3.To regularly provide legal training to business, such as commercial compliance, Cyber Security Law, IP under the relevant Group policy or guideline;
4.To advise dispute resolution and/or coordinate with outside external lawyer;
5.Other legal services required by the Company for business needs.
Key Qualities Required：
1.Legal knowledge, especially knowledge and practice about Chinese commercial laws, IP laws and Cyber Security Law, etc.;
2.Having willingness to understand the Company’s business and self-develop competence adapting to new trends in market (e.g.GDPR and digital law);
3.Good skills in document drafting and writing; Good communication skills; Good computer skills and ability to do legal searches and/or investigations;
4.Must be fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese (speaking, reading, listening and writing).
Qualifications：
1.Graduate of a recognized law school either in China or abroad;
2.Working experience in legal area over 5 years (PQE＞
3.Pass Qualification Examination (PRC Bar)
4.Law firm experience and/or experience in FIE will be a plus, with IP and/or franchising and retail, or digital related experience.
