Position Description:

1.for server mechanical design, lead and fulfill all mechanical related design review, sample review, tooling review and mechanical parts qualification.

2. Documents maintain: responsible for mechanical related documents include ID spec, chassis requirement/spec, chassis design/sample review checklist, BOM, etc.

3. Defect management: Responsible for mechanical related defects troubleshooting from design to maintain. Leverage ODM/ vendor resource to give a right solution for the defect.

4. Responsible for mechanical parts update and maintain in product lifecycle, assessment, management and control EC of mechanical parts

Position Requirements:

1.At least 3 years server mechanical design experience, or at least 5 years personal computer design experience.

2. Familiar with tooling design and fabrication, tooling cost estimation.

3. Familiar with metal and plastic parts processing technology.

4. Rich experience on mechanical/system reliability design & validation, like vibration, shock, RV etc.

5. Fluently English communication skill with internal team and external vendor.

6. Bachelor degree or higher in computer science or engineering.

7. Eager to learn, explore new technologies, have innovative spirit.
