Position Description:

1.Assist manager in all aspects of Import and Export operations through 3PL (on basis of outsourcing);

2.Execute day to day operation to Logistic Suppliers and customs offices;

3.Assist manager in all (simplified) customs procedure incl. monthly customs reporting ;

4.Take care of Customs compliance reporting (Import, Export, HS classification);

5.Assist at customs + tax audits;

6.Execute cost management of Customs operations.

Position Requirements:

1.At least have three to five years experience and have good knowledge of Import/Export and/or Logistic experience;

2.Have communication skills on day to day basis with logistic suppliers and customs offices;

3.SAP knowledge or similar warehouse management system;

3.Knowledge of customs systems;

4.Leadership skills and strong written/oral communication skills;

5.Fluent in English (verbal/written);

6.Six Sigma and Lean certification preferred;

7.To multi task, asses priorities and drive performance in a complex, demanding and dynamic environment;

8.Be able to communicate with external partners and our European and world wide colleagues;

9.Energetic, high level of motivation and excellent team player, and good fun to work with.
