Under responsibility of Supply Chain Director, the business development manager is to source potential customer with targeted criteria, ensure obtaining new contracts/clients and maintain the customer relationships and business growth to achieve the sales target of the company.

作为供应链总监的下属，业务拓展经理需要根据目标标准寻找潜在客户，确保获得新客户并维护好同现有客户的合作关系，以保持业务增长并完成公司指标。

Key Responsibilities & Tasks

主要工作职责

-       Conduct Chinese market research and study to find the potential development opportunities

-       进行本地市场搜索和了解，找到潜在的，可发展的机会点

-       Promote and represent company in different fairs, congress, events and professional business occasions to build the link between company and outside clients.

-        在不同的展会、大会、活动和专业商务场合介绍公司，建立公司同外部客户的联系

-       As the major contributor to seek business opportunities & develop new clients in Chinese market to fulfill company’s service platform business development.

-       作为在本地市场寻找商机和开发新客户的主要贡献者，完成公司服务服务平台的业务拓展

-       Lead business proposal communication with outside clients

-       负责与外部客户的商务提案沟通

-       Bid, negotiate and sign contract with potential outside customers.

-       与潜在的外部客户进行投标、谈判和签订合同

-        Co-work to design service solution packages by working with internal teams.

-        通过与内部团队合作，共同设计服务解决方案包。

-        Responsible for strategic client relationship development & management

-        负责战略客户关系的发展和管理

-        Participate the regular business meeting with clients to monitor the operation performance and relationship maintenance

-        参与与客户的定期业务会议，监控运营业绩及关系维护

-        Maintain and manage client’s network, relationship and potential opportunities.

-        维护和管理客户的人脉关系和潜在机会

Job Requirements:

职位要求：

-       5+ years of experiences in logistics industry

-       5年以上物流行业工作经验

-       Strong network and relationship in fashion & Apparel industry

-       较强的时尚/服装行业人脉关系网络

-       BD experience in 3PL is preferred

-       有第三方物流业务拓展经验者优先

-       New customer development experience is required.

-       有新客户拓展经验

-       Strong commercial sense

-       较强的商业意识

-       Great business & negotiation skills

-       较强的业务谈判能力

-       Pro-active, self-confident and out-going

-       积极主动，有自信心，性格开朗

-       Knowledge on logistics & supply chain operation

-       对物流和供应链的实际操作有了解

-       Can work under high pressures.

-       能在高压下工作
