Job Description:
-Advise on sales team business strategy and make sure team operational excellence;
-Advise on engineering team operational excellence;
-Make sure customer satisfaction
-Determine client strategy and business approach;
-Realization of account plans for key accounts;
-Signals and reports on market, customer and competitive activities;
-Monitor coordination of orders received and subsequent handovers by SR.
Entry Requirements:
-At least 2 years management/Supervisory experience of sales team in product certification and/or system certification is required;
-Adequate knowledge of Quality's business principles and sales methodologies;
-Entrepreneurial, commercial thinking and attitude (customer oriented);
-Strong sales skills;
-Strong Communication Skill, interpersonal skill;Sales experience in product certification and/or system certification is required
-Existing network of relationships within electrical and electronic manufacturing, or retail industries;
-University Degree holder;
-At least four years of strong track record in direct sales and account management;
-Good in Mandarin and English (Cantonese and other languages are added advantage).
