工作地点：近2号线娄山关路地铁站（至公司提供短驳车）

工作时间：8:30-17:00（周一-周五，周末双休）

工作描述/ Brief description of service:

Indirect Purchasing (20%) :

1. Expense Reconciliation ( Ctrip & CWT );

2. PR/PO Creation;

3. System Goods Receipt;

4. Payment Application;

5. International Flight Authorization;

6. Expense Approval;

7. Communication and coordination etc..

Order Management (80%):

Sales Order fulfilment and Delivery Solution/Operations

1. Ensure that customer order requirements are clearly represented by way of order entry;

2. Process orders accurately and efficiently according to established procedure;

3. Monitor delivery status and update to Customers/Sales team;

Purchase order Management

Invoice Management

技能要求/ Skills and qualifications required:

1. College degree or above

2. Relevant experience in a customer service role or sales assistant role would be a plus

3. Knowledge of SAP would be a plus

4. High sense of responsibility, proactive attitude and independent, good interpersonal skills, communication skills

5. High PC skills especially in MS Office
